Shipping Policy
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays, and delivered by the carrier Monday to Friday.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, local carriers, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes to the address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our Customer Care team and we will investigate the shipment.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no updates for 35 consecutive days, please contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbours, and contact the local carrier using your tracking number.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact Ellervane Customer Care and we will assist you with the next steps.
