How to Choose Your Size
For the best fit:
- Check the size chart on the product page where one is provided, or contact us for measurements.
- Compare the measurements with a pair of shoes that already fits you comfortably.
- If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for additional comfort.
- Please review any product-specific fit notes, such as “runs small,” “true to size,” or “wide fit,” where provided.
International Sizing
Some Ellervane products may display US, UK, or EU sizing. Where possible, we provide size conversions to help you select the appropriate option.
Please note that international size conversions are approximate and can vary slightly between manufacturers.
Received the Wrong Size?
If the size you ordered does not fit as expected, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
To remain eligible for a return, footwear should be:
- Unworn outside
- In its original condition
- Returned with the original packaging
- Free from marks, dirt, damage, or signs of wear
We recommend trying your shoes on indoors on a clean surface until you are certain about the fit.
